Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update from Hoekstra Equipment

As deemed essential by the State of Michigan, our showrooms, parts counters and service operations will remain open to serve you. In order to ensure the safety of our customers and employees, we are continuing to follow the cleaning and disinfection recommendations laid out by the CDC,  have downsized operations and ask that, when possible, you do business with us remotely.

In the instance remote business is not an option for you, we are still available to serve you for walk-in parts and service requests. We ask you please maintain safe social distancing practices and observe CDC recommended guidelines to protect yourself and others. Sales will function completely remote.

*Note: In order to limit in-person contact, we will solely be collecting payment over the phone.

Payment Collection

Prior to pickup of product (whether parts or serviced vehicle), we ask you pay over the phone. *We will not be collecting payment in person.*

Product Pickup:

At the time of payment collection, we will schedule how you would like to receive your product(s). Product pickup options:

  1. Leave part outside our front door at a pre-designated date and time. The part will be properly labeled with business and contact name.
  2. Park vehicle in front of our building in pre-designated location at a scheduled date and time. Keys will be left on the driver seat.
